Data Deletion Commitment

At DigiMitra, we respect your privacy and provide seamless methods to permanently delete any personal data or cached metadata associated with your Instagram account.

According to Meta Platform Rules, we provide clear instructions on how you can request and verify the deletion of your data.

Method 1: Immediate Self-Service Deletion via Instagram

You can remove DigiMitra and revoke all data access permissions directly from your Instagram account at any time:

• Open the Instagram app or go to instagram.com.
• Navigate to Settings & Privacy > Website permissions (or Apps and Websites).
• Under the Active tab, locate DigiMitra.
• Click Remove and confirm.

Once removed, Meta automatically notifies our servers, revokes access tokens immediately, and prevents any further data synchronization.

Method 2: One-Click Disconnect via DigiMitra Dashboard

If you are logged into your DigiMitra dashboard:

• Go to the Settings tab.
• Click Disconnect Current Account.

This action instantly purges your access tokens, profile information, and active webhook listener bindings from our database.

Method 3: Submit a Manual Deletion Request

If you would like confirmation of complete purging of historical activity logs, send an email to our data privacy officer:

• Email: privacy@digiwellie.com
• Subject: Data Deletion Request - [Your Instagram Username]
• Required Information: Your Instagram handle/username and account ID.

We process all deletion requests within 48 hours and will email you confirmation once all records, tokens, and identifiers have been permanently erased from our backups.
